Rewarding your patients when they refer new people to your office for professional services is an excellent way to cement positive relationships with existing patients and encourage them to send even more new business your way! You can make your rewards in almost any way imaginable.
If you know that the patient doing the referring has several dogs, you might consider a gift certificate from a pet supply company or the client’s veterinarian or favorite boarding kennel.
A woman about to embark on a vacation in cruise might appreciate receiving a bon voyage gift of champagne or flowers; new parents may appreciate a dinner for to at an upscale local restaurant that provides them a respite from bottles and diapers.
You can encourage patients to refer others to you by letting them know that your practice offers a referral program and asking them what special gift you could provide that they would enjoy.
Remember, everyone loves getting gifts. Knowing they will get a gift from you when they refer new patients will make your patients even more eager to use your fine dental services!
