Make sure that your office number is easily accessible and visible on your website, your print materials, and any marketing tools you use, such as on pens, floss, or brushes. You can also increase your traffic by creating a memorable number or dialing phrase that new and returning patients can easily remember.
Once patients do call your business number, make sure you have a friendly and well-informed receptionist answering calls that can effectively inform and persuade patients to make an appointment. You should also have a messaging system that informs callers to the available services you offer while on hold. Of course, always make sure patient messages are returned immediately.
