Dental Management Series: The 3 C’s – Communication, Collaboration and Convenience for Patients
Every profession and business has an alphabet soup of advice for success. However, when it comes to dental practice management, the three C's are at the top of the list.
Standing for communication, collaboration and convenience for patients. Miss any one of these three and you miss the opportunity to build your practice.
Communication is essential between dentists and their patients to ensure full understanding of the problems that patients face and for them to understand what they need to do to take good care of their oral health and make informed choices about treatments and procedures.
Collaboration is essential because without it, there won't be cooperation, and without cooperation patients can't resolve their problems and attain good oral health.
And convenience for patients–well, there are a lot of dentists out there who are willing to give their utmost to make patient experiences convenient. If you aren't one of them, your practice will suffer.
