Make Sure Your Dental Team is Aware of Goals and Mission of the Practice

If you were going into battle, wouldn't you want your commanding officer to tell you about the game plan for winning? Sure you would—how else would you know what to do?

And your dental staff needs to know your battle plan for the success of your practice unless you expect them to work in the dark.  Not that your dental practice is a battlefield, but the analogy works nonetheless.

Every business needs a strategy to succeed, but it's not enough to win the game unless all staff members thoroughly understand the plan and rules and feel that they are members of a winning team.

So take the time to explain your practice goals and your strategy for achieving them.  In the end, it will pay huge dividends to do so.
