When Was The Last Time You Looked at Your Brochures
When was the last time you took a look at the brochures and other marketing materials your office makes available to dental patients? If it's been a while, you need to do it now!
Actually, every time you make a change in the types or numbers of the services your dental office offers, you should include those changes in your brochures and marketing materials. After all, how else will people know about everything you do?
Even if there have been no recent substantive changes in the services you provide, it's wise to review your office brochures and marketing materials every three months. Time moves on quickly these days, and the brochure that looked up to the moment even a few months ago can begin to look outdated unless you are vigilant in making necessary changes.
And the fact is, that unless you are making at least four changes a year, you probably aren't keeping up with the times. These changes don't have to be huge. They can be anything from instituting monthly seminars to increasing the financing option s you offer to telling your patients and prospective patients about the latest cosmetic dental procedure you have learned. Keeping your brochures and marketing materials up to date is one of the wisest business steps you can take, so if you haven't taken it in a while, get ready and do so now!
