Clients Are Your Best Word of Mouth
The best recommendations always come from word of mouth rather than from advertisements, and the best people to recommend your services to others are those patients who have been with you for a long time.
There's just simply something a lot more convincing about hearing a recommendation from someone who has been a patient for a long time. It's reassuring. It tells the person receiving the recommendation that the person giving it really likes you and the quality of dental services your office provides.
These very loyal patients are like fine jewels—they should be treasured and treated with the loving respect they so richly deserve. This is not to say that you should treat newer patients less than optimally. Everyone who comes into your office should receive respect, courtesy and the very best dental care you and your staff can provide.
It it important, however, that you give special recognition to the people who have helped you build your practice by being loyal patients over the years, so make a special point of letting them know how very much you appreciate them, too!
